Delivery Information
Our postal department are constantly working picking and packing orders. We post once a day at 1 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday it's 11 am. We know that when you place an order with us that you want us to pick it, pack it, and send it to you straight away. Most orders are picked and packed within 11 minutes of your order arriving into our website. We know you want your order fast, so we send it fast. 94% of our orders arrive the next working day.
We use the Royal Mail because we find this company offers our customers the best service. Since the start of our business, we made a promise that we would never charge any of our customers who live in the UK a delivery charge. This promise has been kept and will continue to honour this pledge. We send every order out to our customers by first class post. If your order is above a certain amount we add recorded delivery at NO extra charge. If like a lot of customers you spend a lot of money, we upgrade your order to Special Delivery again at NO extra cost.
Please remember that we can only send your order to the address which Pay Pal send to us. You can choose as many different addresses for you, your friends and family. Please ensure you choose the correct one before placing the order with us. If you have gone through to PayPal and used a credit or debit card, again we can only post to the address which appears on the invoice that PayPal sends to us.
I hope you understand that we have to adhere to the rules laid down by PayPal. If for any reason you feel the need to contact us over this order, please do this ASAP so we can sort any issue out for you.

Buying from outside the UK;
The UK has now left the EU and things have changed.
When you make a purchase from our website and you are out side the UK, we have a set minimum charge which covers picking your order and packing it. We offer a full tracking service to your home in which ever country you reside in. We use signed and tracked to most countries. If the country you reside in does NOT allow full tracking, then your order will be sent signed for. This means when the item arrives at your home someone will need to sign for the package.
The cost for this service is £11.97.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
You should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Body by nature supplements, you are considered the importer of such item or items and therefore you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please make any inquiries before ordering from us so as not to have any issues once the item is sent to you.
Once you pay for the item, by clicking pay, you have agreed our terms and conditions. If any item is not allowed into your country, then this becomes your risk and not ours.
No refund will be made under any circumstances what so ever if the country you are importing too disallows your items into the country.
